      Description

      The Problem:
      We got 2 (GNSS) positioning systems using the same antenna on a fixed point, but can only use 1 system at the time when using the Establishment Fix Online:

      In FQI-347 the scatterplot is mentioned like a Scatterplot Display, but not like an establishment fix

      Proposed Solution:
      Add the option to use a fixed position to create relative graphs and a scatterplot
