Displays - 3D Point Cloud - Layers - Add support for Design Models

The Problem:
The 3D display only support points from Echosounders and Lasers, but no design/dredge models.

Proposed Solution:
Automatically show the selected active Dredge Design Model and use its layer color and line settings.

It should be possible to

1. Turn show model on (default) and off (optional) 
2. Switch between the modes:
   • Solid
   • Wireframe
   • Solid and Wireframe
3. Set the transparency
