Displays - 3D Point Cloud - Add Video Graphics Card check

Laptops and PC's can contain multiple video cards. 

Windows allows you to select a default video card, but this cannot be automated from the software
Unable to render embedded object: File (image-2018-02-20-11-52-44-967.pngthumbnail) not found.

Add a check that shows:

1. Video cards are available
2. Video card used
3. OpenGL required
4. OpenGL version available and used
5. Link to documentation on selecting default video card

Give a warning when the Graphics Cards and / or OpenGL version is not suitable or when a better card is available.
